SHIPPING POLICY 

• Apparel and some accessories will take up to 7 business days to fulfill before shipping.
• In-stock merchandise typically ships within 2-3 business days.
• Backordered items will ship once all items are in stock. We will email you with an updated shipping date if the items are delayed.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and your shipping address. You can get an estimated shipping charge during checkout.
• The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges vary by country.
• We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

REFUND POLICY

• You can return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund.
• To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will send you a return shipping label.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• The refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Bougie Hippie World does not offer exchanges, but we do offer refunds. (see refund policy above)
