SHIPPING POLICY
Apparel and some accessories will take up to 7 business days to fulfill before shipping.
In-stock merchandise typically ships within 2-3 business days.
Backordered items will ship once all items are in stock. We will email you with an updated shipping date if the items are delayed.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and your shipping address. You can get an estimated shipping charge during checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges vary by country.
We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

REFUND POLICY
You can return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund.
To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a return shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
The refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES POLICY
Bougie Hippie World does not offer exchanges, but we do offer refunds. (see refund policy above)
