RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have not yet received the item and it has not yet been shipped you may request a refund at any time for any reason no questions asked. If we have already shipped your item and you change your mind about your purchase, you will need to return the item in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may be applied to your refund. If you are unsatisfied with the item, you have 14 days to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund may take up to 5 business days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bougiehippieworld.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Bougie Hippie World does not offer exchanges, but we do offer refunds. (see refund policy above) The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
