Q: When will my preorder ship?
A: All preorders will begin shipping on or after June 15, 2025. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on the way.

Q: Can I use Bougie Body Butter on my face?
A: Yes! While it’s primarily formulated for the body, many customers love using it on dry patches and facial areas. Do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

Q: Is this butter scented?
A: Bougie Body Butter has a subtle, natural scent from its ingredients — no artificial perfumes or overpowering fragrances. It's light, earthy, and clean.

Q: How long does one jar last?
A: Depending on use, a 4 oz jar lasts 2–4 weeks, and an 8 oz jar can last 1–2 months with daily use. A little goes a long way!

Q: Is this safe for children or people with eczema?
A: Yes — the formula is gentle, soothing, and free of synthetic additives. Many customers with eczema or dry skin conditions report positive results.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Shella accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
